Superb service! Bought some Starbuzz shisha and a few accessories (pyrex bowl, nice hose, grommets) in 2 different orders. They shipped them here in eastern Canada in good time (my shisha order did get stuck at the border for 5 days but I didn't have to pay extra duties) and on top of that, because they didn't have the exact color hose I asked for, they upgraded my shipping of my second order to UPS at no charge (cut 2-3 days off the transit). After dealing with another online hookah store and not having my order completely shipped to me, I was a bit skeptikal but the staff at Social Smoke have made this an experience that I would repeat any time! I recently ordered a hookah through social smoke and found the exact hookah that i was looking for. The price was perfect and all the bonus accessories added onto my purchase made me not have to look else where for my hookah purchase. I called the 800 number with a couple questions i had and the representative was very helpful and i ended up ordering my hookah over the phone with the rep. Once the hookah shipped i received a ups shipping notice with tracking. Finally my package arrived when it was supposed to and i was very impressed with the packaging. I just got my Hookah in today and it is amazing. With the Three Kings coals and the Starbuzz tobacco it is amazing. When it got here the first thing i did was wash it then smoke it. I'd like to say that I have been searching for a company like yours to attend to my hookah needs for a long time now, and I finally found you! It is a pleasure to see a company that takes care in preserving traditional values regarding hookahs. I spent some time deciding exactly which hookah I would purchase, and your solid customer service and support/informativeness helped me greatly in making my choice. I was quite impressed when I recieved my order; the first thing I pulled out of the box was the hoses, and I can't say how excited I was to see the quality of these, big, thick and very sharp looking. The hookah itself that you sent me astounded me with the care that it had obviously been selected for, I am certainly glad I spent a few extra dollars to obtain a Social Smoke Sol hookah. Ornate, BEAUTIFUL glass base, and a very solid stem. After smoking it a few times now, I am certain that I have not owned a finer hookah prior. First off, I want to say, the level of service I received was far beyond what I would expect of any company (thank you to Ali for helping me through my purchasing decisions). I ended up ordering the Social Smoke Titan VI. I have tried to stay away from any more than 3 hoses in the past as it becomes too difficult to fight the other hoses for a good pull. But, with the size of the opening of this base, this six hose hits like a good one or two hose every time. The smoke comes out thick and full of flavor, unlike other hookahs I've experienced in the past that offer no more than a slightly harsh, less flavorful smoke. I would definitely recommend the Social Smoke Titan hookahs to anyone looking to optimize their smoking experience. Amazing service and selection. Ordered on Wensday, Shipped on Thursday, and Received on Friday. Opening that box was the best birthday present I think I have ever had. And opening the bag with the hookah in it, there were just so many things in it, took forever to pull them all out. Even called me when one of my flavours were out of stock, and replaced it with a diffrent brand. I recently ordered a 24" Egyptian hookah from you guys and let me just say its one of the nicest I've seen. In addition, the customer service I received was phenomenal. I ordered my hookah on a Friday night and to my horror realized I had put down my home address and not the college address where i currently live, I quickly shot off an email (at about midnight) fearing for the worst. At 10 am on Saturday I received an email in return saying that everything was fixed. That's it. why is this special? because every other online store I've heard of or used would just have told me that that was my fault and not their concern. I was even more surprised when three days after I received the shipping notification, my beautiful hookah arrived. Three days, exactly what they said it would be. I always tell my smoking buddies to buy from social smoke for their coals, Shisha, and hookahs. I would like to start by saying I am now a regular customer of Social Smoke, and would like to say that when you normally deal with a company you usually get the automated response during phone calls. But that's not true here for this company. For every time I have called I have always been greeted by A live human being, and I'll tell you in my opinion that's doing an above and beyond customer service job. Now for the ordering process I've placed several orders with Social Smoke and for all the orders I've placed I've only had one mistake, now i understand this may sound bad but then again not true, what Social Smoke has done that impressed me beyond normal means is after I received the wrong order not once but twice that's right twice, But that's not bad because of what they have done to correct the problems was First I contacted them by Phone and notified them of the problem and promptly and thoroughly they tracked down when and where it happened and even called me back to tell me my correct order was being sent via now get this "2 Day Delivery" now that's service. For A company to Go above and beyond the norm in customer service these days especially considering the automated response of most other companies I am going to Recommend HIGHLY that if Service, Price, Customer Satisfaction are your number one concern consider dealing with Social Smoke I'm sure you wont be disappointed.
